Located in the most prominent area of the city, the Diamond Towers aim to become a landmark worthy of their prestigious location. The mixed-use building features a renowned department store on the first to fourth floors, with residential areas above. The design approach focuses on enhancing the overall urban content and environment, ensuring that the new architecture complements and enriches the cityscape now and in the future.

The Diamond Towers create a distinct skyline that is continued in the podium design. The podium showcases ultimate folds of shiny white granite panels and a media screen, breaking the monotony of a long facade. The crystallized facade, with its diamond-shaped rooftop elegantly lit at night, transforms the towers into an unparalleled glamorous landmark.

Spanning an impressive 87,880 square meters, the Diamond Towers offer a unique blend of functionality and aesthetics. The mixed-use development includes commercial spaces in the podium and residential units in the tower. To ensure a seamless experience, the entrances for commercial and residential areas are clearly separated, giving each element its own identity. Additionally, the ingress and egress to the underground are strategically separated, minimizing the impact of vehicular traffic on the surrounding area.

One of the notable aspects of the Diamond Towers is the incorporation of green spaces within the complex. These spaces, including terraces, balconies, and rooftop gardens, not only enhance the quality of life for residents but also contribute to the overall urban greenery of Taipei. The design aims to create a harmonious blend of nature and modernity, enriching the lives of both residents and passersby.

The Diamond Towers project presented several creative, technical, and research challenges. However, overcoming these obstacles was crucial to achieving the vision of transforming the quality of life in Taipei. Inspired by successful urban renewal projects like Roppongi Hall and Tokyo Midtown Development in Tokyo, the Diamond Towers aim to become a flagship model for future urban renewal and redevelopment in Taipei.

The exceptional design and innovative approach of the Diamond Towers have been recognized with the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category. This award acknowledges the towers' well-designed, practical, and innovative nature, meeting professional and industrial requirements.
